What Is All Things Aquatics?
All Things Aquatics began as a space for professionals to collaborate and share what’s working in our industry — from program development and staffing to community outreach and retention. Over time, it’s grown into a trusted hub for aquatic leaders looking for fresh ideas and proven, real-world strategies.
Our centerpiece event — the All Things Aquatics Annual Event— brings together directors, coaches, vendors, and facility teams from across the country. It’s more than a meeting; it’s a hands-on exchange of ideas, solutions, and partnerships that move the industry forward. Workshops, roundtables, and networking sessions all focus on practical ways to strengthen aquatic programs and build stronger community connections.

The All Things Aquatics Annual Event brings together directors, managers, instructors, vendors, and recreation leaders from across the region for two days three of practical learning, networking, and collaboration.
Sessions cover everything from innovative programming and staffing strategies to facility design, safety, and community engagement. Whether you’re running a small pool or a full aquatic center, you’ll leave with ideas you can use right away.
And its a great way for anyone who works at a pool or wants to work at to make connections and improve their networking and career positioning.
